What You’ll Experience
In the heart of Verona, inside a cozy tasting room, you’ll meet Albina, a certified sommelier who will guide you through an engaging and interactive experience.
After a brief introduction to sensory analysis and the wine regions around Verona, you’ll dive into the Aroma Hunt — a scent game using natural essences that you’ll have to recognize and match. Fruit, spices, herbs, and wood notes will challenge your nose and awaken your sensory memory.
Then, wearing a blindfold, you’ll take part in a blind tasting of four carefully selected local wines. Guided by Albina, you’ll explore each wine relying solely on your sense of smell and taste — without any visual cues. Will you be able to guess the wine’s type, characteristics, and origin?
The experience concludes with the reveal of the wines and the delivery of a participation certificate.
