Day 1 – Verona, in the heart of history

Individual arrival in Verona and check-in at a 4* hotel.
In the afternoon, meet your local guide for a guided walking tour of the historic center: Piazza delle Erbe, Juliet’s House, the Arena, and hidden corners that reveal centuries of art and culture.
Welcome dinner in a selected local restaurant. Overnight stay.

Day 2 – Valpolicella: rolling hills and Amarone

Breakfast at the hotel and departure by minivan with your sommelier escort for a full-day exploration of the land of Amarone.
Private visit to a historic winery with a tasting of 4 wines, including Valpolicella Classico, Superiore, Amarone, and Recioto.
Stop in the village of San Giorgio di Valpolicella, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages.
Lunch at a winery with wine pairing and estate tour.
Return to Verona in the afternoon. Evening at leisure and overnight stay.

Day 3 – Prosecco: from Valdobbiadene to Asolo

After breakfast, depart for the Prosecco hills, a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Guided visit and tasting at a winery in Valdobbiadene.
Panoramic walk through the vineyards to the charming Osteria senza Oste.
Traditional lunch at a local restaurant.
In the afternoon, visit the poetic village of Asolo, with its noble palaces and timeless atmosphere.
Return to Verona. Evening at leisure and overnight stay.

Day 4 – Soave: castles and fine olive oil

Breakfast at the hotel and departure for the walled village of Soave, famous for its white wines and medieval castle.
Visit a local winery with a tasting of Soave DOC wines.
Accompanied walk through the historic center and along the town walls.
Lunch at an olive oil mill with guided visit and tasting of extra virgin olive oil.
Return to Verona, free time, and evening at leisure.

Day 5 – Farewell, Verona
